Very unique, fun & lively atmosphere that also has delicious food! Chef Particular changes his menu around whatever is fresh. We enjoyed fish. And shrimp with pasta along with the fruits and vegetables he grows himself. This place has character! There will be music and karaoke and dancing, so come for a fun night and delicious food!

What a pleasure to dine here! Simple, yet so delicious. No menu, its whatever the chef is cooking on that day, but from the beginning to to the end - fabulous. Octopus dish was truly amazing, tender like you never tried before. Very memorable experience, and very highly recommended. Well deserved five stars, a hidden gem. Thanks Severino!

What a wonderful lunch at this gem near the cruise port! The authentic Italian meal was phenomenal, with delicious food and wine that kept coming. My favorite thing was this restaurant—skip the port and city to experience true Italy! An unforgettable afternoon!

If you are in Brindisi, you MUST have dinner here. A chef turned his house into a restaurant and he cooks for you. No menu. He cooks what he sources fresh that day. He will accommodate any allergies or preferences. This is a rare incredible experience NOT to be missed.

Truly incredible experience. The chef is one of a kind. Most memorable night and meal. He cooks using local produce of what he had sourced that day. Endless food & wine. Would put this as a must see in puglia

Charming family run restaurant that feels more like visiting an old friend. The menu is set but they do accommodate for special dietary requirements, like gluten free pasta. Food kept coming and everything was delicious. Would gladly come again.

What a perfect delight! A strange find, off the beaten path, but the cuisine, and it was cuisine, was delicious. It rivalled many of the great restaurants we’ve been to in Puglia. This is a place for real foodies, not the for those who want glitz and glamor but for those who truly care about unique flavours and originality.,The atmosphere is also offbeat — surrounded by artifacts all belonging to the Knights Templar. One last note: the owner also makes his own chocolate and I’ve never tasted anything like it! It had a mushroomy, tinge of truffle, amongst many other flavours (chilli, cinnamon , turmeric). Such a wonderful place with amazing people! Endless options of meat, fish, starters, mains, along with wine, water, digestives.. all for an amazing price. We relished each bite, especially the homemade chocolate!

Delicious food. This restaurant is prix fixe. No menu to order from. But it is extremely good. I still think about the cheeses I had a this restaurant, the pasta and the vegetables. Absolutely delicious. The only minor ding is that small kids are full price even if they eat very little of what is brought. Will definitely go back.

This restaurant is uniquely personal and completely different, the waiters all treat you like family. There is no food list, you go there and everyone gets the same food, which varies day to day, but its always delicious. Its the most italian feeling you can possibly get (there is even karaoke in the evenings, free desert and rum) <3 it was wonderful, hope to visit again one day.
